REMOTE SPIRITUAL DIRECTION
Start with a simple inquiry, and I'll reach out to find a time for a brief intro call.
Life moves fast, and our souls often can't keep up. Spiritual direction offers a quieter place to pause, breathe, and notice where God is already present, speaking, and inviting you.
Spiritual direction is a time-honored practice of meeting with someone to reflect on your life with God. We usually meet for about an hour, once a month, to listen together for what God may be stirring in your prayer and everyday life.
I walk alongside you as a listening companion, so you can bring your whole life honestly before God.
Our time together includes conversation, silence, and gentle questions that help you notice God's invitations.
Rather than giving advice, spiritual direction helps you grow more aware of God's presence and leading.
Spiritual direction can be a gift if you sense a desire to listen more deeply, discern more honestly, or simply be more present to God in ordinary life. It's for everyone, from those just exploring faith to those who have walked with God for years.
Curious if spiritual direction
is the companionship you need?
You are in a season of transition or discernment
You feel hurried, spiritually dry, or scattered
You are carrying questions, grief, calling, or uncertainty
You desire deeper communion with God
You want a quiet space to listen without being rushed
Share a little about what's drawing you toward spiritual direction. After a brief intro call, we can find a time to meet.
Sessions available by appointment.
Whether you're seeking prayer and discernment for a particular season or longer-term companionship, spiritual direction is a gift that supports your life of prayer. There's no pressure. We'll take time to discern together whether this is a good fit.
Tell me a little about what's drawing you to spiritual direction.
A short conversation to get to know each other and see if it feels right.
If it's a fit, we'll meet about once a month [confirm] at a rhythm that works for you.
Spiritual direction is not meant to fix, diagnose, manage, or rush the soul. It is not counseling, coaching, consulting, or a teaching session.
Instead, it offers a prayerful space to listen with God, notice His movement, and respond to His invitation with honesty and trust.
Spiritual direction does not diagnose or treat mental health concerns.
It is not primarily goal-setting, strategy, or performance improvement.
The director does not tell you what decision to make.
Scripture may be present, but the session is not a lecture or class.
Spiritual direction for anyone seeking calm, grounding, and a deeper connection with God.
